• Are subject to 7% service charge and VAT Per room per month and separate charge for water and electricity as per consumption :
  • Water at Baht 30 per unit plus VAT
  • Electricity at Baht 5 per unit plus VAT

Deposit & Advance

• Deposit 2 months deposit
• Advance 1 month advance

Monthly ABF

• At Baht 4,500.- net inclusive of 10% service charge and VAT

Monthly Internet

• At Baht 1,200 plus VAT

Monthly Laundry

• 90 pieces at Baht 1,300 plus VAT per month
• 120 pieces at Baht 1,800 plus VAT per month
• 150 pieces at Baht 2,300 plus VAT per month
