Daily Rate :

Extra Bed :
- Baht 700.- net per bed per night inclusive of breakfast and applicable VAT
Extra Person :
- Adult Baht 400.- net per person per night inclusive of breakfast and applicable VAT
- Children Baht 300.- net per person per night inclusive of breakfast and applicable VAT
Maximum number of guests in each room type :
- Studio Suite : 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years or 3 adults.
- One Bedroom Suite : 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 3 adults.
- 2 Bedroom Suite : 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years, or 6 adults.
- The above rates are subject to 7% Service Charge and applicable VAT per room per month,
inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times change of linens per week.
- Two months deposit and one month advance are required and to be paid prior to check-in.
- Water and electricity charged :
- Water - Baht 30.- per unit plus applicable VAT
- Electricity - Baht 5.- per unit plus applicable VAT
Monthly Breakfast :
- At Baht 6,000.- net inclusive of 10% Service Charge and applicable VAT
Monthly Laundry :
- 90 pieces at Baht 1,300.- plus applicable VAT per month
- 120 pieces at Baht 1,800.- plus applicable VAT per month
- Additional piece will be charged at Baht 20.- plus applicable VAT.
Monthly Internet :
